  5. Network Monitoring: We are able to set-up monitoring of your network for possible intrusions and virus attacks.
  6. On-Site Support: Our IT Specialists can be on-site to work on any problem within 2 hours.
  7. Integrated Support: If your Company employs IT personnel, our IT Professionals are able to provide additional support to reduce workload or assist solving complex problems.
  8. Education & Training: Our support team are able to train and educate your personnel in order to improve productivity.
  9. Web Support: Our Web Specialists are able to create, update and support Web Applications and Sites.
  10. Security: Our technicians are able to set-up and maintain both hardware and software firewalls.
  11. Remote System Management: With deployment of specialised software we are able to maintain and monitor your network remotely.

 MONITORING, TROUBLESHOOTING & ON-GOING MAINTENANCE

To ensure that your computer network is running smoothly and to prevent network failures in the future, we have designed a number of IT maintenance packages. Every month one of our network specialists will visit your office to perform important tasks such as analysis of your network, driver and software update and virus checks to avoid problems in the future. Furthermore, we will monitor your network 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year and will attend to any issue as quickly as possible.

ENTRY PACKAGE
$249.00 inc. GST per month (minimum 12 months)
Package Includes
 On-site maintenance and check up once a month for 2 hours (24 hours per year)
 5 hours per year of emergency on-site response (within 2 hours)
 Remote network Administration, Email and Web Administration and Configuration
Up to 5 hours of free Telephone Support
12% discount on all On-Site additional Support (if required)

INVOLVEMENT PACKAGE
$439.00 inc. GST per month (minimum 12 months)
Package Includes
 On-site maintenance and check up twice a month for 2 hours (48 hours per year)
 10 hours per year of emergency on-site response (within 2 hours)
 Remote network Administration, Email and Web Administration and Configuration
24 hours Network Monitoring for Intrusions and Virus alerts.
Up to 10 hours of free Telephone Support
15% discount on all On-Site additional Support (if required)

PREMIUM PACKAGE
$925.00 inc. GST per month (minimum 12 months)

 20 hours per year of emergency on-site response (within 2 hours)
